We run a software platform for private practices and a growing online community, and we are looking for a reliable, tech-savvy right hand to keep the day-to-day running. You are the person we hand things to. You take a task with a deadline and get it done well, without needing to be chased.
This is a part-time, remote contractor role with room to grow as we grow.
What you will do
- Answer prospect and member inquiries across email, DM, and the community, quickly and in our voice.
- Keep our online community active: welcome new members, post on a schedule, prompt members to share wins, and moderate.
- Maintain and update automations and workflows in GoHighLevel once they are built for you.
- Book and confirm demo calls onto our calendar, and send the reminders that make them show up.
- Provide tech support during live webinars, monitoring chat and handling attendee issues.
- Take one-off tasks we send with a deadline and turn them around on time.
What you need
- Hands-on experience inside GoHighLevel. This is required.
- Experience running or supporting an online community, on Skool, Circle, GoHighLevel, or similar.
- Excellent written English and a warm, clear, professional tone.
- Reliability and self-direction. You can be handed a task and a deadline and deliver without hand-holding.
- Comfort being customer-facing.
Bonus
- Experience in healthcare, therapy, coaching, or the home-services trades.
- Webinar tech support experience.
The details
- Part-time to start, roughly 15 to 20 hours per week, with hours growing as the work grows.
- Remote, contractor role.
- Rate: $3.55 to $5 depending on GHL skill.
Working hours and availability
- Required core hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon US Central Time, Monday through Friday. You must be online and responsive during this window.
- Any remaining hours are flexible and can be worked when it suits you.
- Response standard: anything sent during your core hours gets a reply within one hour. Anything sent outside your hours is picked up first thing at the start of your next core block.
- If this window does not work for your schedule or time zone, please do not apply, since reliable coverage during these hours is essential to the role.
How the work is structured
This role has two kinds of work, and they work differently.
- Coverage. During your core hours you are present and responsive, handling inquiries, the community, and live support. This is your steady, paid time, where being there is the job.
- Tasks. When we hand you a specific task, it comes with a clear definition of done and a deadline. You own that task to completion. A task is finished when it meets the standard by the deadline, not when your hours run out for the day. Managing your time to hit the deadline is part of the role, and if you accept a task, you finish it. If that expectation is not for you, this is not the right role.
