Job Description

FlexHaven is looking for a performance-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and scale our advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. If you know how to turn ad spend into real B2C growth, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok
  • Test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve ROAS
  • Monitor performance metrics and scale winning campaigns
  • Collaborate with our team on creative strategy and offers
  • Analyze results and continuously improve campaign performance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience running paid ads for B2C products
  • Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and/or TikTok Ads
  • Proven results (case studies, references, or portfolio)
  • Strong understanding of targeting, creatives, and ad optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to scale campaigns

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling e-commerce brands
  • Knowledge of creative testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools
