Job Description
We are a specialized digital marketing agency focused on helping restaurants and boutique hotels connect with their guests. We manage the online presence for a curated portfolio of clients. We are looking for a paid ads assistant to join our remote team. Your focus will be on the setup, monitoring, and basic optimization of paid social and search campaigns, primarily on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up new ad campaigns in the platforms based on detailed briefs from the account managers. You will conduct daily checks on campaign performance, monitoring key metrics like spend, clicks, and conversions to flag any significant deviations. A core task is to pull standard performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis, formatting the data for review. You will assist with audience research and building targeted lists within the ad platforms. You will also handle routine campaign adjustments, such as pausing underperforming ad sets and uploading new ad creatives as provided by the design team.
We require at least two years of hands-on experience working directly inside Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads. You must understand fundamental concepts like campaigns, ad sets, targeting, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets is necessary for compiling and organizing report data. You need to be highly analytical and detail-oriented to spot trends and discrepancies in numbers. The ability to follow processes precisely while managing tasks for multiple clients is essential. A solid understanding of the marketing funnel and how paid ads contribute to it is expected.
