Job Description

A growing company is seeking Outbound Sales Representatives to connect with prospective B2B clients and help generate qualified sales opportunities.

In this role, you'll conduct cold calls, qualify prospects using established criteria, identify decision-makers, gather key business information, and maintain accurate records of outreach activities. You'll also handle basic objections, send follow-up emails, and ensure all interactions are properly documented.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of outbound sales experience, whether in B2B or B2C environments. Strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to follow a script while adapting naturally to conversations are essential.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys prospecting, is comfortable initiating conversations with strangers, and is motivated to develop their sales skills within a structured cold-calling process.
