Your mission
You will actively reach out to leads via phone, explain our services, answer questions, and guide them toward booking a home inspection. Your success is measured by the number of confirmed appointments you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential homeowners, buyers, and real estate leads
• Present our home inspection services clearly and professionally
• Handle objections and answer questions from prospects
• Close appointments on the call and enter them into the scheduling system
• Send follow-up reminders to ensure prospects show up
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and lead status
