Order fulfillment virtual assistant

We run a growing e-commerce store and we need a sharp remote assistant to manage the order fulfillment workflow and be the bridge between our store, our warehouse, and our customers.

Your core responsibility is to ensure every order flows smoothly from "paid" to "shipped." You will monitor new orders in Shopify, check them for accuracy, and ensure they are correctly sent to our fulfillment warehouse via integration. You will track the fulfillment status, proactively identify any hiccups (like inventory mismatches or carrier delays), and provide customers with timely updates. You will also be the main contact for any customer inquiries about their order status or shipping details.

We need someone who understands how e-commerce logistics work behind the scenes. You should be proficient with Shopify and familiar with how 3PL (third-party logistics) integrations operate. Strong problem-solving skills to investigate why an order might be stuck and exceptional attention to detail are non-negotiable. This role is perfect for someone who is process-oriented and takes pride in delivering a seamless post-purchase experience.
