Order Fulfillment VA

Behind every "your order has shipped" email is someone making sure it actually happens. We run e-commerce stores, and we need an Order Fulfillment VA to own that behind-the-scenes machinery — processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and keeping our dropshipping logistics running without hiccups.

The core of the job is keeping orders moving. As orders come in, you'll process them accurately, place them with the right suppliers, and make sure each one gets fulfilled and shipped on time. You'll stay on top of tracking numbers, update order statuses, and get shipping details back to customers so nobody's left wondering where their package is. When something goes sideways — a delay, a stockout, a wrong or damaged item — you'll be the one chasing the supplier, sorting the fix, and keeping the customer in the loop.

You'll also be our line to the suppliers themselves: placing and confirming orders, following up on lead times, checking stock availability, and flagging any issues before they turn into a wave of angry emails. Keeping order and tracking data clean and organized across our store and any connected tools is a big part of doing this well.

The right person is organized to the core and genuinely careful with details — in fulfillment, a small mistake becomes a customer problem fast. You should have prior experience processing e-commerce orders and dealing with suppliers, ideally in a dropshipping setup, and be comfortable in Shopify (or similar) along with tools like DSers, AliExpress, CJdropshipping, or whatever supplier platforms you've used. Clear written English matters for supplier and customer communication, and you'll need to be reliable, self-directed, and quick to follow up. Reliable internet and a quiet workspace round it out.

The role runs full-time with overlap during US business hours.
