OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (LEAD GENERATION BUSINESS)

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time Operations Assistant for a growing lead generation business. This is a long-term role designed to groom the right candidate into an Operations Management position.

The role begins with ownership of our business survey process and client interactions, and gradually expands into higher-level operational responsibilities.

This is not a temporary role. We are looking for long-term commitment, dedication, and full attention.

If you work multiple jobs and cannot be responsive and timely during assigned hours, you will be let go immediately.

POSITION STRUCTURE

-Part-time remote role with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on successful execution of responsibilities and demonstrated trust.
-4 hours per day part time; 8 hours per day full time
-Must work during U.S. EST business hours
-Off on all US holidays and Philippine holidays
-Communication via Slack

All tasks have structured SOPs and video training guides. You must be willing to watch, learn, and execute.

On-the-job learning is crucial. I will teach everything, but you must be coachable..

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Phase 1)

Own the business surveys process from start to finish

Communicate directly with clients via text-based system (live interactions required)

Follow up with clients completing surveys

Use templated responses when appropriate, but also draft customized responses depending on situation (NO AI)

Manage client expectations professionally

Handle sensitive client communications responsibly

Track interactions and workflows using Airtable and text software

Maintain professional, clear written English at all times

FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES (Phase 2 – Growth Track)

Managing Google Business Profiles

Drafting client emails

Managing WordPress websites

Setting up and managing Twilio flows

Supporting internal operational systems

Assisting in process improvement and documentation

This position is being groomed toward operations management for the right candidate.

MUST-HAVES

Excellent written and verbal English (heavy emphasis on writing)

Professional, positive, solution-oriented mindset

Ability to manage live text conversations in real-time

Strong client management skills

High attention to detail

Willingness to watch training videos and follow SOPs precisely

Honest and trustworthy (you will handle sensitive business information)

Willing to provide a copy of national identification card

Self-disciplined and able to work independently
