Job Description
We are looking for someone who knows how to naturally participate in online communities and represent our brands in a genuine way. The focus of this role is engaging in conversations across platforms like Discord, Facebook groups, and Reddit while building awareness around our brands without spamming or aggressive promotion.
Your work will involve joining relevant discussions, contributing helpful insights, and mentioning our brand when it fits naturally within the conversation. The goal is to build trust, visibility, and interest through authentic interaction rather than direct promotion.
This role requires someone who understands how online communities work and knows the difference between helpful engagement and spam.
What the work includes
- Participating in discussions across Discord servers, Facebook groups, and Reddit communities
- Engaging with users in a natural and helpful way
- Introducing or mentioning our brand only when it is relevant to the conversation
- Monitoring conversations and identifying opportunities to contribute
- Representing the brand professionally within communities
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience managing or engaging in online communities
- Familiarity with Reddit, Discord, and Facebook groups
- Strong written communication and conversational tone
- Understanding of community rules and platform culture
- Ability to engage without appearing promotional or spammy
