This is a performance marketing role focused on generating qualified leads through Facebook and Instagram advertising. - Building and launching Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns
- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns on a daily basis

- Analyzing performance data and making optimization decisions
- Researching competitors and identifying winning ad angles
- Developing new hooks, concepts, and creative variations each week
- Editing video ads in CapCut
- Creating static creatives and graphics in Canva
- Organizing and managing creative assets for testing
