We're not looking for someone who simply launches ads.

We're looking for someone who understands why campaigns work.

If your first instinct when reviewing an account is to analyze the offer, customer journey, messaging, targeting, and conversion path before touching campaign settings, you'll likely be a strong fit.

This role focuses on managing lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses while driving ongoing improvements in performance, lead quality, and overall account growth.

What You'll Own

Campaign Strategy

• Offer positioning and campaign planning

• Audience research and targeting

• Funnel and customer journey analysis

• Testing new angles and opportunities

Account Management

• Daily account monitoring

• Budget management

• Performance analysis

• Optimization and scaling decisions

• Lead quality improvement

Client Communication

• Weekly reporting and performance reviews

• Explaining results, opportunities, and next steps

• Providing clear updates and recommendations

Creative Direction

• Reviewing ad creatives

• Providing feedback to designers

• Suggesting new concepts and hooks

• Making simple edits when needed using Canva or similar tools

The Ideal Candidate

You think like a marketer before thinking like a media buyer.

You understand that great performance usually starts with the right message, audience, and offer.

You're comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.

You can confidently discuss KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and explain optimization decisions to both clients and internal team members.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience

• Lead generation campaigns

• Funnel strategy and customer journey mapping

• Campaign optimization and scaling

• Client-facing communication

• Reporting and performance analysis

• Managing multiple accounts simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Service-based business marketing

• Copywriting

• Conversion-focused landing page knowledge

• Creative testing frameworks

• Canva or similar design tools

• Agency experience
