Meta Ads Specialist

Experienced Meta Ads Specialist required to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for aesthetic clinics. This role focuses exclusively on lead generation for treatments such as injectables, skin treatments, body contouring, laser procedures, and other cosmetic services.

Hands-on experience in the aesthetic or cosmetic clinic niche is mandatory. Applications without proven case studies or performance data will not be considered.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram paid ad campaigns
• Develop high-converting lead generation funnels for aesthetic treatments
• Create and test ad creatives (images, videos, copy) tailored to cosmetic audiences
• Optimize campaigns based on CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
• Build and manage retargeting campaigns
• Conduct audience research specific to local clinic targeting
• Collaborate on landing page and offer optimization
• Monitor ad account health and ensure compliance with Meta policies
• Provide weekly performance reports with data-driven insights

Required Experience

• Proven experience running paid ads specifically for aesthetic or cosmetic clinics
• Demonstrated results (case studies required: CPL, ROAS, revenue generated, before/after metrics)
• Strong understanding of compliance rules related to cosmetic and medical advertising
• Experience generating qualified leads for services such as Botox, fillers, facials, laser, or body sculpting
• Ability to show screenshots, dashboards, or performance summaries as proof of results

Technical Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with conversion tracking (Pixel, CAPI)
• Funnel strategy and landing page optimization knowledge
• A/B testing expertise
• Understanding of CRM integration for lead tracking
