Job Description

We manage paid social for lead-generation-focused businesses and we're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who knows what it takes to run high-budget campaigns that actually convert — not someone learning on our clients' money.

This role requires documented proof of managing Meta ad budgets of $10,000/month or more in lead generation campaigns. Applications without this will not be reviewed.

You'll own campaign strategy and execution across Facebook and Instagram — building, launching, testing, and scaling. You're comfortable making budget decisions independently and you know how to read data without someone telling you what to look for.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and manage lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram end to end
  • Scale and optimize budgets of $10k/month and above
  • Set up and manage campaigns, pixels, and audiences inside Facebook Business Manager
  • Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting
  • Deliver clear performance reports with actionable insights

What we need:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience focused on lead generation
  • Proof of managing $10k+/month budgets — screenshots, case studies, or client references
  • Strong grasp of audience targeting, funnel strategy, and conversion tracking
  • Comfortable working independently and managing priorities without hand-holding
