Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Marketing Automation VA to help build and optimize automated marketing pipelines. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing marketing automations, including HubSpot. You should understand how to turn marketing goals into efficient automated workflows that generate leads, nurture prospects, and improve conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage automated marketing pipelines and workflows
  • Implement lead capture, segmentation, and nurturing sequences
  • Set up integrations, triggers, and automated campaigns
  • Optimize automations for better performance and conversions
  • Document workflows and automation logic

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with HubSpot automation
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing
  • Experience connecting tools and building multi-step workflows
  • Ability to analyze performance and improve automation
