LinkedIn Lead Gen Specialist

Job Description
We're a SaaS platform, and our founders need a steady flow of the right conversations with the right prospects. That's where you come in. We're hiring a LinkedIn Lead Gen Specialist who can go beyond mass connection requests — someone who knows how to spark genuine interest on LinkedIn and turn it into booked meetings for our B2B founders.
Think of the role in three layers. It starts with positioning: you'll sharpen our founders' LinkedIn profiles so they land credibly with the decision-makers we're targeting. From there it's about reach — building tightly targeted prospect lists around our ideal customer profile (industry, role, company size) using Sales Navigator, then sending connection requests and opening messages that feel personal, not pasted. The final layer is conversion: running thoughtful follow-up sequences, qualifying the people who engage, and getting real meetings onto the founders' calendars. Throughout, you'll keep leads warm with natural back-and-forth, track your response and booking rates, and keep everything tidy in the CRM.
We're looking for someone who's actually done this in a B2B setting and can point to booked meetings, not just a pile of new connections. You should know LinkedIn outreach cold — including how to stay within the platform's limits and avoid restrictions — and be able to write messaging that sounds human and earns replies. Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator is expected, along with familiarity with outreach tools like Expandi, Dripify, or HeyReach and a working CRM such as HubSpot or Pipedrive. A real understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and how to qualify a prospect matters, as does excellent written English. You'll also need reliable internet and overlap with US business hours. Experience generating leads for a SaaS product specifically, running email outreach alongside LinkedIn, or writing your own copy are all strong pluses.
When you apply, walk us through your LinkedIn lead-gen track record — the kinds of B2B clients or products you've prospected for, the tools you leaned on, and roughly how many meetings you booked in a typical month.
