Lead Validation VA for Home Service Businesses

We run marketing for home service companies such as lawn care, cleaning, and similar local services. We are looking for a virtual assistant whose main job is to quickly call new leads, confirm they are real and interested, and make sure the appointment is confirmed.

What You Will Do

• Call new leads shortly after they are generated
• Confirm the customer requested the service
• Verify their contact details and service needs
• Confirm or schedule their appointment time
• Mark the lead status in our system
• Follow up with leads if needed

What This Job Is Not

• You are not responsible for sales or closing deals
• You are not responsible for running ads
• Your main focus is simply validating leads and confirming appointments
