Job Description

We buy houses and commercial properties. To keep growing, we need a steady stream of sellers who actually want to sell. That is where you come in.

The Job

When someone fills out a form or calls because they might want to sell their property, you are the first person they talk to. You pick up the phone. You respond to the email. You make them feel heard.

Your job is not to close a deal. Your job is to figure out if there is a deal worth pursuing. You ask questions. Why are they selling? How fast do they need to move? What do they know about the property? You listen for motivation. You listen for timing. You listen for the details that tell us if this is a serious lead or just someone testing the waters.

If they are serious, you keep the conversation going. You follow up. You stay in touch. You make sure they do not forget about us. You log every call, every email, every detail in the CRM so nothing gets lost.

When the timing is right, you schedule them for a deeper conversation with one of our deal analysts. You hand off a warm lead with context, not just a name and number.

Who We Need

Someone who has done this before. Not necessarily real estate, but lead qualification, inside sales, customer service. You know how to talk to people. You know how to build trust in five minutes.

You are organized. You do not let leads go cold because you forgot to follow up. You have a system and you stick to it.

You are comfortable on the phone. You do not dread calling strangers. You actually like talking to people.

You can work on your own. This is remote. No one is standing over your shoulder. You need to be self-motivated and reliable.

You know your way around a CRM. Salesforce or something similar. You do not need to be an expert, but you should not be lost.

You are the first impression for every seller. The way you handle that first conversation sets the tone for everything that follows. You are not just answering phones. You are opening the door to every deal we will ever do.
