Job Description

A home buying company needs someone to handle inbound seller leads. When a property owner reaches out, this person is the first to respond.

You will contact leads immediately by phone, text, and email. Speed matters. You will ask questions to understand their situation, qualify whether they are ready to sell, and gather the details needed for the next step. You will then schedule appointments for the Homebuying Specialists and hand off each lead with clear notes.

You will track everything in the CRM. Call notes, lead status, appointment details. Nothing gets lost.

You will also pay attention to what is working. Which scripts get responses. Where leads drop off. You will help refine the process over time.

What You Need

You must be comfortable on the phone. You will make calls daily. You need strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. You need to be organized and able to move quickly.

Experience with real estate or sales is a plus. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Cold calling experience is a plus.

You must be reliable, attend team meetings, and meet deadlines consistently.
