Influencer Outreach & Community Growth Specialist

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to help expand our brand presence through influencer outreach, affiliate recruitment, and social media engagement.

This is not a customer support position. The primary focus is building relationships, growing communities, and identifying partnership opportunities across social platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

Influencer & Affiliate Recruitment

• Identify creators, influencers, and niche communities that align with our brand
• Send outreach messages through TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and other platforms
• Recruit affiliates, ambassadors, and content partners
• Build and maintain influencer prospect lists
• Track conversations, responses, and partnership opportunities

Social Media Engagement

• Engage with relevant content on TikTok and Instagram daily
• Leave thoughtful comments that create authentic interactions
• Participate in conversations within target communities
• Support brand visibility through consistent engagement activities

Community Growth

• Assist with Reddit community growth initiatives
• Identify relevant subreddits, creators, and online communities
• Participate in discussions while following community guidelines
• Help expand brand awareness through organic engagement strategies

Research & Organization

• Research emerging influencers, creators, and trends
• Maintain organized spreadsheets and outreach trackers
• Update contact databases and activity logs
• Follow established scripts, workflows, and daily KPIs

What We're Looking For

• Strong written English communication skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with creators and influencers
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and online communities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to follow processes while maintaining authentic communication
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
