We are a growing beauty clinic company looking for an experienced HubSpot Implementation Specialist to build our B2B CRM from the ground up. If you know HubSpot inside and out and love creating clean, functional systems that drive real results — we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Build and configure our entire HubSpot CRM structure from scratch, tailored for B2B lead management in the beauty industry
- Define and implement all lead stages, contact pipelines, and deal flows
- Set up call logging, contact management, and activity tracking so nothing falls through the cracks
- Create dashboards and reports so the team can clearly see lead performance, conversion rates, and sales results at a glance
- Map out and automate the full lead journey — from first touch to closed deal
- Ensure all data is clean, structured, and easy to work with going forward
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on HubSpot CRM implementation experience
- Proven experience building CRM pipelines and lead stage structures from scratch
- Strong understanding of B2B sales flows and contact/deal management
- Experience setting up call tracking and contact activity logging in HubSpot
- Ability to create clear reporting views and dashboards
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or clinic industry is a plus but not required
