Job Description
We don't just manage properties; we create exceptional memories. The interaction a guest has with us is the heart of their entire vacation, and that's where you come in. We need a Guest Experience Champion.
This role is about more than answering messages. It's about being the reassuring voice before arrival, the helpful guide during the stay, and the thoughtful host after checkout. You will be the main point of contact for our guests on Airbnb and VRBO, handling everything from simple questions about the WiFi password to coordinating urgent maintenance if something breaks. You’ll also work behind the scenes with our local cleaning and inspection teams to make sure every home is perfectly prepared for the next guest’s arrival.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally empathetic and resourceful. You must have excellent written English to communicate clearly and warmly. The ideal candidate is familiar with how short-term rental platforms work and understands the importance of quick, professional responses. Reliability is key, as you'll need to be available for scheduled shifts, which will include some weekends.
