We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Lead who can analyze performance across marketing channels and turn insights into clear, actionable growth strategies.
This role is not about managing every channel execution daily. Instead, you will focus on performance analysis, opportunity identification, testing strategy, and cross-channel optimization across SEO, paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and conversion rate optimization.
You will work closely with channel specialists, creatives, and developers to prioritize the highest-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth for e-commerce and subscription-based businesses.
Responsibilities
Cross-Channel Performance Strategy
- Analyze performance across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and on-site conversion funnels
- Identify growth opportunities based on data, not assumptions
- Build testing roadmaps across acquisition and conversion
Data & Insights
- Aggregate data from multiple sources (ad platforms, analytics tools, CRM, heatmaps)
- Translate performance data into clear recommendations
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, and funnel drop-offs
Experimentation & CRO
- Design and prioritize A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and funnels
- Work with designers and developers to implement test ideas
- Evaluate test results and scale winning strategies
Channel Collaboration (Not Full Execution)
- Guide Google Ads and Meta Ads strategy (audiences, structure, bidding direction)
- Align SEO efforts with paid search insights and conversion data
- Ensure messaging and offer consistency across channels
Reporting & Forecasting
- Build executive-level performance reports
- Forecast growth scenarios based on budget and channel mix
- Recommend budget allocation across channels
Qualifications
- 3+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital strategy roles
- Strong understanding of how SEO, Paid Ads, and CRO work together
- Experience analyzing performance across multiple acquisition channels

- Attribution basics
- A/B testing methodology
- Conversion rate optimization frameworks

Hands-on familiarity (not necessarily daily execution) with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- SEO fundamentals
- GA4
- Ability to turn data into prioritized action plans
