Graphic Designer & Video Editor

FlexHaven is looking for a creative and performance-focused Graphic Designer & Video Editor to produce high-converting visual content for our paid advertising campaigns. You’ll work closely with our Paid Ads Specialist to design and edit creatives that capture attention, drive clicks, and generate real B2C growth.

If you understand how to create visuals and videos that perform in paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Design static and motion creatives for paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Edit short-form video ads optimized for social media performance
• Collaborate with the Paid Ads Specialist on creative concepts and testing ideas
• Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing
• Adapt existing assets into new ad formats and variations
• Stay up to date with social media trends and ad creative best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing
• Experience creating social media ads or short-form marketing content
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, or similar
• Strong understanding of what makes creatives perform on social platforms
• Ability to work quickly and produce multiple variations for testing

Nice to Have

• Experience designing creatives for performance marketing campaigns
• Understanding of UGC-style ads and short-form content trends
• Experience working with e-commerce or B2C brands
• Motion graphics or animation skills
