Google Ads Specialist

About the role

Experienced Google Ads specialist needed to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for a growing clothing e-commerce brand. You will handle campaign creation, optimization, bid management, and performance reporting to drive ROI and reduce cost per acquisition for fashion products.

Key responsibilities

• Create and launch Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping networks for clothing products
• Conduct keyword research targeting fashion and apparel searches with relevant keywords
• Write compelling ad copy for clothing products and test multiple variations to improve CTR
• Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids to maximize ROI
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies for fashion audience
• Analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics and create performance reports
• Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from $10K-50K across multiple campaigns
• Identify negative keywords and optimize quality scores to reduce CPC
• Stay updated on Google Shopping best practices and seasonal fashion trends
• Optimize product feed for Google Shopping campaigns

Requirements

• 5+ years managing Google Ads campaigns professionally with proven results
• Experience with e-commerce campaigns, preferably in fashion or retail industry
• Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals including bidding strategies and quality score
• Proficient with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and make optimization decisions
• Excellent communication skills for reporting campaign performance
• Google Ads certification preferred but not required

Remote at $1,500 monthly with performance bonuses based on campaign results.
