Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, ideally within e-commerce or subscription-based businesses. In this fully remote role, you will own the end-to-end performance of Google Ads campaigns — from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting — with a strong focus on revenue growth and efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, analytics, and creative teams to scale profitable acquisition while continuously testing and improving performance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube when relevant)
  • Perform in-depth keyword research, search intent analysis, and audience targeting
  • Execute ongoing campaign optimization (bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and landing page alignment)
  • Run structured A/B tests for ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns using data-driven decision making
  • Manage and optimize automated bidding strategies including Target CPA and Target ROAS
  • Analyze performance metrics such as conversion rate, cost per acquisition, ROAS, and customer lifetime value signals
  • Build clear, actionable performance reports and dashboards
  • Identify scaling opportunities and cost-saving improvements
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution (Google Tag Manager, GA4, platform tracking best practices)
  • Stay updated on Google Ads product updates, policy changes, and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience
  • Proven experience managing campaigns for e-commerce or subscription-based businesses
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnel optimization
  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • Target CPA bidding strategy
    • Target ROAS bidding strategy
    • Keyword research and search query mining
    • Ad copy testing and creative optimization
    • Conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
  • Google Ads Certifications (Search and/or Shopping preferred, but all relevant certifications are valuable)
  • Bonus: Experience with feed optimization tools, attribution modeling, or CRO testing tools

    Timezone working hours are flexible.
