Job Description
We are a small, ambitious Google Ads agency helping e-commerce and lead generation clients in the UK and US grow. We need more than a manager; we need an optimizer. Someone who looks at a campaign and sees opportunities, not just tasks. If you're the type who gets energy from improving ROAS and systematically lowering CPA, this long-term part-time role is for you.
Your Mission:
Your core focus is active improvement. You will be the primary driver for optimising and scaling our clients' Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max. This means daily monitoring, deep analysis, and implementing changes that move the needle. You won't just maintain accounts; you will be directly responsible for making them perform better.
What You'll Do:
- Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities and issues.
- Execute daily and weekly optimisations: refining negative keywords, adjusting bids, testing ad copy, and improving structures.
- Proactively monitor budgets and performance to ensure targets are met.
- Diagnose problems with tracking, conversion rates, or Quality Score.
- Provide clear, actionable weekly performance reports.
Who You Are:
- You have proven, hands-on experience actively optimising and scaling Google Ads accounts for e-commerce or lead gen.
- Your knowledge of match types, bidding strategies, and campaign structure is strong and practical.
- You are analytical, detail-oriented, and make decisions based on data.
- You are reliable, can work independently towards weekly goals, and communicate clearly in English.
- Google Ads certification is required; familiarity with Google Analytics and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) is a strong advantage.
