Job Description
A real estate investment and marketing company is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to build and optimize lead generation funnels. You will be responsible for creating systems that capture, nurture, and convert leads into clients using automation tools and CRM platforms.
You will design and build complete marketing funnels from the ground up. This means creating landing pages, setting up email and SMS sequences, managing lead tagging and segmentation, and ensuring every step of the customer journey is automated and trackable. You will work with tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, and other automation platforms to connect systems and move data seamlessly.
You will also be responsible for tracking performance. This includes setting up UTM parameters, monitoring conversion rates, and making data-driven decisions to improve results. You will test different approaches, refine workflows, and report on what is working and what is not.
Who We Are Looking For
You think in systems. When you look at a funnel, you see the logic behind it—where leads enter, how they are tagged, what triggers follow-up, and where they drop off. You enjoy the technical side of marketing and take pride in building things cleanly the first time. You are also curious and always looking for ways to improve.
You have strong written English skills and conversational Japanese. You will be working with international clients and need to communicate clearly in both languages.
Requirements
- Experience building lead generation funnels (real estate experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel, including workflows, tags, sequences, and page building
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization and lead tracking
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- English fluency and conversational Japanese
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with paid ads (Facebook, Google)
- Basic understanding of SEO or API integrations
