U.S.-Based Candidates Only | High Commission Split | 100% Remote | Experienced Producers Only.
Our logistics client is seeking experienced Freight Brokers, Freight Agents, and Logistics Sales Executives based in the United States who already have an active book of business and established shipper relationships.
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for established transportation sales professionals who already know how to prospect, quote, negotiate, close, and manage freight business.
If you're an experienced producer looking for higher commission potential, strong operational support, and the freedom to grow your existing book of business remotely, we'd like to speak with you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective shippers.
- Generate new freight business through your existing network and self-directed prospecting.
- Quote and negotiate freight rates with customers and carriers.
- Source and coordinate qualified carriers for customer shipments.
- Manage shipments from booking through delivery.
- Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal operations teams.
- Monitor load status and proactively address shipment issues.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional business.
- Manage your book of business independently while utilizing the company's operational support.
- Consistently develop and grow freight volume and revenue.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of freight brokerage, freight agency, or logistics sales experience.
- Existing book of business or active shipper relationships is required.
- Proven track record of generating self-sourced freight business.
- Experience quoting, negotiating, closing, and managing freight shipments.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. freight and transportation market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment.
- Strong business development and prospecting skills.
- Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach.
- Must be currently based in the United States.
This opportunity is specifically for experienced freight professionals with an established book of business. Entry-level applicants and candidates without existing shipper relationships will not be considered.
