Facebook and TikTok Advertising Specialist

We're hiring a full-time Facebook/TikTok advertising specialist. We need someone genuinely capable of running paid social campaigns end-to-end.

About Our Business

We're a POP advertising company. We work with a large number of "end clients," each with their own App product, and our job is to promote those Apps.

Here's how it works: we create an App name, icon, and landing page, then promote it on Facebook/TikTok. Once a user downloads our App, a pop-up prompts them to download the end client's App. Think of it as browsing Facebook, downloading an App, and then seeing a pop-up inside that App that leads you to download another one — the end client's. In short, we can build any landing page, APK name, and APK logo for any country, as long as it drives strong promotion and downloads.

Ad Account Setup & Management

• Research and select apps that are easy to promote in a given country (we then build the landing pages)
• Work from the Facebook Business Manager and ad accounts we provide
• Set up pixels, conversion tracking, and event optimization
• Ensure all tracking is correctly implemented so performance can be measured accurately

Creative Development

• Produce engaging ad creatives (images and videos) using AI tools or other resources
• Handle creative production independently — we can provide tools, but you own the output
• Run A/B tests on creatives to find the best combinations

Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Launch and manage Facebook and TikTok campaigns from start to finish
• Monitor key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPI, ROAS, and conversion rate
• Continuously optimize targeting, bidding, creatives, and ad copy to improve ROI
• Scale winning campaigns quickly and cut underperformers promptly

Reporting

• Deliver weekly performance reports with clear insights and action plans
