Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads specialist to join our team as a virtual assistant and manage lead generation campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience running Facebook Ads
  • Proven experience managing $5,000+ monthly ad spend
  • Strong background in lead generation campaigns
  • Ability to create, optimize, and scale campaigns for consistent leads
  • Experience with audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to work independently and report performance clearly

Proof of Experience (Required):
Applicants must provide proof of results, including:

  • Screenshots or case studies of campaigns managed
  • Ad spend levels and performance metrics (such as CPL and leads generated)
  • Examples of lead generation campaigns you have run

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns
  • Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead
  • Test creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports
  • Suggest strategies to scale successful campaigns

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM or lead tracking systems
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and funnels
