Job Description

About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shopify Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our online store. You'll be a key part of our e-commerce operations — keeping the store running smoothly, supporting customers, and helping drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings: uploads, descriptions, pricing, variants, and images
  • Process and fulfill orders, handle returns/refunds, and coordinate with suppliers
  • Monitor inventory levels and update stock across the store
  • Communicate with customers via email/chat and resolve issues promptly
  • Run and optimize basic paid ad campaigns (Meta/Google) and email marketing flows
  • Assist with SEO — meta titles, descriptions, alt tags, and keyword optimization
  • Troubleshoot store issues and coordinate with developers when needed
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, traffic, and conversion metrics
  • Research competitors and trending products

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Shopify store management experience
  • Proficiency with Shopify apps (DSers, Oberlo, Klaviyo, PageFly, Loox, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Shopify Liquid (basic edits) is a plus
  • Experience with dropshipping or print-on-demand models preferred
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, Trello/Asana, and Slack
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated work setup
