Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Etsy Virtual Assistant to take over the day-to-day management of our existing Etsy shop. You'll be the go-to person for keeping the shop running smoothly — from updating listings and managing inventory to keeping our customers happy.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage and optimize existing product listings (titles, tags, descriptions, photos), respond to customer messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner, monitor inventory levels and flag when restocking is needed, process orders and coordinate fulfillment, track shop performance and flag any issues, and suggest improvements to boost visibility and sales.
What We're Looking For
We need someone with at least 1 year of hands-on Etsy shop management experience — not just buying, but actually running a shop. You should have a solid understanding of Etsy SEO and the algorithm, excellent written English for customer communication, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently without much hand-holding. Experience with tools like Canva, Erank, or Marmalead is a plus.
