Job Description

This role sits between email marketing operations and campaign execution. The focus isn't on writing copy or developing strategy from scratch—it's on ensuring campaigns are built correctly, launched on time, and displayed properly across devices and inboxes.

You'll be responsible for setting up and scheduling email campaigns inside Bloomreach, populating templates with approved copy, product links, images, and promotional assets, while making sure everything is accurate before deployment.

A typical day could involve loading products into a campaign, updating creative assets, checking links, testing email rendering, and fixing minor HTML/CSS formatting issues that affect layout or display.

The company is looking for someone who combines technical precision with commercial awareness. Beyond simply following instructions, you should understand which products, visuals, and placements are most likely to perform well and contribute to stronger campaign results.

  • Experience working with Email Service Providers (ESPs), ideally Bloomreach or similar platforms
  • Strong attention to detail when building and QA-testing campaigns
  • Basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting skills for email formatting issues

  • Commercial judgment when selecting products, images, and promotional content
  • Reliable campaign execution and scheduling

This is primarily an email operations / campaign deployment role rather than a copywriting, graphic design, or high-level email strategy position. The emphasis is on campaign setup, quality control, and ensuring marketing emails go out accurately and perform as intended.
