Job Description
I need someone to help run my e-commerce business. I started last year and its growing fast, and now I need a full-time assistant who can handle a bit of everything.
You will not have just one job. You will work across different areas depending on what needs attention that day.
Some days you are answering customer emails. People have questions about orders, shipping, products. You reply, you help, you move on.
Other days you are in Facebook Ads Manager launching new campaigns (will be trained) or checking how existing ones are performing. You do not need to be an expert on day one, but you need to learn fast.
You will spend time inside Shopify. Updating products. Checking orders. Making sure everything looks right.
You will talk to suppliers. Make sure they have stock. Check on fulfillment. Follow up when something is late.
You will help keep things organized. Data entry. Tasks in ClickUp. Maybe helping manage my schedule when things get busy.
I need someone who does not wait to be told what to do. If you see something that needs doing, you do it. If you see a problem, you flag it. If you see a way to do something better, you speak up.
Experience in any of these areas helps. But more important is being organized, reliable, and able to learn fast.
I want someone who stays. Not just for a few months. Someone who wants to build something long term.
