E-Commerce Store VA

We're an Australian e-commerce brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Store VA to keep our Shopify store running smoothly day to day. This is a hands-on operational role for someone who knows their way around Shopify and takes pride in accurate, tidy work.

What You'll Do

• Create and update product listings in Shopify — titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and variants
• Process orders, track fulfillment, and follow up on delays or issues with suppliers and couriers
• Keep inventory accurate: update stock levels, flag low stock, and help avoid oversells
• Handle basic customer inquiries about orders, shipping, and returns over email
• Process refunds, exchanges, and returns according to our policies
• Maintain product data across our store and any connected sales channels or marketplaces
• Run routine store checks for broken links, pricing errors, or listing issues
• Assist with basic reporting on sales, stock, and order status

What We're Looking For

• Prior hands-on experience managing a Shopify store
• Familiarity with order processing and fulfillment workflows
• Comfortable with Shopify apps, spreadsheets, and general web-based systems
• Strong attention to detail — accurate data entry matters here
• Good written English for customer emails and supplier communication
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Hours

Full-time, with overlap during Australian business hours.
