Job Description
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Store Manager to manage and optimize our Shopify store end-to-end. This role requires someone who understands the full operational and performance cycle of an online store — from product listings and inventory to analytics, customer experience, and revenue optimization.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify store and can independently oversee store operations while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance and monetization.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management (360° Ownership)
- Manage the Shopify store’s daily operations.
- Maintain and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO, variants).
- Ensure store structure, collections, and navigation support strong conversion.
Inventory & Operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
- Ensure accurate product data, pricing, and availability.
- Identify slow-moving inventory and propose strategies to improve turnover.
Customer Experience & Support
- Oversee customer support workflows (email, chat, returns).
- Improve response times, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify recurring issues and propose operational improvements.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring

Track and analyze key metrics including:
- Conversion rate
- Average order value (AOV)
- Customer acquisition cost
- Revenue per visitor
- Product performance
- Use Shopify analytics, GA4, and other tools to generate insights.
Growth & Monetization
- Identify strengths and weaknesses across the store.

Propose and implement strategies to maximize monetization, including:
- Upsells and cross-sells
- Bundles
- Pricing adjustments
- Conversion optimization
- Funnel improvements
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing a Shopify store end-to-end

Strong understanding of:
- Shopify admin and product management
- E-commerce analytics and reporting
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Inventory and catalog management

Experience using tools such as:
- Shopify Analytics
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Customer support platform (e.g., Zendesk)
- Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
