Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Store Manager to manage and optimize our Shopify store end-to-end. This role requires someone who understands the full operational and performance cycle of an online store — from product listings and inventory to analytics, customer experience, and revenue optimization.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify store and can independently oversee store operations while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

Store Management (360° Ownership)

  • Manage the Shopify store’s daily operations.
  • Maintain and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO, variants).
  • Ensure store structure, collections, and navigation support strong conversion.

Inventory & Operations

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
  • Ensure accurate product data, pricing, and availability.
  • Identify slow-moving inventory and propose strategies to improve turnover.

Customer Experience & Support

  • Oversee customer support workflows (email, chat, returns).
  • Improve response times, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose operational improvements.

Analytics & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze key metrics including:
    • Conversion rate
    • Average order value (AOV)
    • Customer acquisition cost
    • Revenue per visitor
    • Product performance
  • Use Shopify analytics, GA4, and other tools to generate insights.

Growth & Monetization

  • Identify strengths and weaknesses across the store.
  • Propose and implement strategies to maximize monetization, including:
    • Upsells and cross-sells
    • Bundles
    • Pricing adjustments
    • Conversion optimization
    • Funnel improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing a Shopify store end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Shopify admin and product management
    • E-commerce analytics and reporting
    • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
    • Inventory and catalog management
  • Experience using tools such as:
    • Shopify Analytics
    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Customer support platform (e.g., Zendesk)
  • Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
