Job Description

We run a growing Shopify-based e-commerce operation and need an Operations Manager who can keep everything moving — from inventory to fulfillment to day-to-day process management. This is a hands-on role with real ownership.

You'll be responsible for the full operational cycle: managing inventory levels, coordinating order processing, overseeing fulfillment workflows, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. When something breaks, you fix it. When a process is inefficient, you improve it.

Day to day, you'll be:

  • Managing and optimizing order processing workflows end to end
  • Coordinating fulfillment operations and liaising with suppliers and 3PLs
  • Monitoring inventory levels and flagging replenishment needs
  • Identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key operational metrics
  • Working directly in Shopify to manage orders, products, and operational settings

What you bring:

  • Solid experience in e-commerce operations, ideally in a Shopify environment
  • Hands-on background in order processing and fulfillment management
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning processes independently
  • Able to juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball
