Job Description

We’re looking for a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to improve performance across our e-commerce store in the fitness equipment space. This role focuses on analyzing user behavior, running experiments, and driving measurable increases in conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user behavior, funnels, and drop-off points to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Plan and execute A/B tests on product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows
  • Work closely with design and development teams to implement test variations
  • Optimize on-site experience to improve conversions and average order value
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and experiment results
  • Build and maintain a testing roadmap based on data insights and business goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRO, ideally within e-commerce
  • Strong experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize alternatives)
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar behavior tracking tools
  • Solid understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and conversion metrics
  • Ability to interpret data and make practical, revenue-focused recommendations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, design, or product teams

Nice to Have:

  • Experience optimizing Shopify 
  • Background in fitness, wellness, or consumer products
  • Familiarity with UX principles and user behavior psychology
