Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support VA to join our team and be the first point of contact for our platform's thousands of active users. If you're a people person who stays cool under pressure and loves helping others — we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Handling live chat support and responding to users in real time
  • Managing and replying to customer emails professionally and on time
  • Monitoring our Facebook page — responding to messages, comments, and reviews
  • Resolving customer complaints, questions, and issues efficiently
  • Escalating complex cases to the appropriate team member
  • Tracking recurring issues and reporting patterns to the team

You're the Right Fit If You:

  • Have proven experience in customer support (live chat, email, and social media)
  • Write in excellent English with a friendly and professional tone
  • Can multitask across multiple platforms without dropping the ball
  • Stay calm and solution-focused when dealing with difficult customers
  • Are highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Are available for live support hours (schedule to be discussed)
