Job Description
We're seeking a Customer Success Representative to support client relationships, coordinate onboarding, and ensure customers receive timely, professional support throughout their experience with our company.
You'll be the person customers reach out to when they need assistance, updates, or guidance. Success in this role comes from staying organized, communicating clearly, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Daily work includes managing onboarding activities, responding to client inquiries, scheduling meetings, updating CRM records, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. You'll also monitor customer satisfaction, conduct follow-ups, and prepare regular account updates to keep both clients and internal stakeholders informed.
We're looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple conversations and priorities at the same time. Previous experience in customer service, account management, customer success, or virtual support is preferred.
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal English
• Experience working with CRM platforms
• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and business communication tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
