Job Description

As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for students and clients. You will manage inbound calls, chats, and emails while providing accurate, supportive, and professional assistance. Your role is essential in creating a positive experience and helping customers feel confident and well-supported throughout their journey.

This is a fully remote position. We are looking for someone who stays calm under pressure, genuinely enjoys helping people, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service every time.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
  • Assist customers with course information, scheduling, certification requirements, and testing processes
  • Resolve issues efficiently by identifying root causes and ensuring complete follow-through
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as response times, customer satisfaction scores, and quality metrics
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate proactively with leadership
  • Support operational tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service (BPO, virtual assistant, or similar roles)
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused during high-volume periods or challenging interactions
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability when resolving issues
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute beyond assigned tasks
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
  • Access to two monitors (required for this role)
