Job Description

We're looking for an experienced dispute specialist who can take ownership of client files and manage the dispute process from submission through resolution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who already has real credit repair experience and understands how to navigate disputes involving collections, charge-offs, late payments, closed accounts, ChexSystems, and Early Warning Services.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Processing new client files and submitting disputes within required timelines

• Reviewing credit reports and identifying dispute opportunities

• Managing disputes related to late payments, collections, charge-offs, closed accounts, ChexSystems, and EWS records

• Uploading and organizing client documentation within dispute management software

• Coordinating with internal team members to ensure files are complete and ready for processing

• Tracking progress and communicating updates, deletions, and score changes

• Identifying files that require additional documentation or updated credit monitoring

Required experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on credit dispute experience

• Proven history working with derogatory credit items and consumer reporting disputes

• Experience handling ChexSystems and EWS disputes

• Strong written communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Additional advantages:

• Background working inside established credit repair companies

This position is not suitable for beginners or applicants with only theoretical knowledge of credit repair.
