Job Description
We are looking for a Credit & Funding Specialist who knows how to clean up credit, dispute inaccuracies, and help clients qualify for personal and business funding. This is not an entry-level role. You must have hands-on experience with Metro 2 compliant disputes, CFPB complaint filings, and the strategies that actually move the needle on credit reports.
You will be responsible for analyzing credit reports from all three bureaus, identifying errors and violations, and executing disputes using the proper legal frameworks. You should be comfortable working within credit monitoring platforms like IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, and MyFICO, as well as tracking your work inside a CRM. Accuracy and organization are critical.
A strong understanding of FCRA, FDCPA, and FACTA is required. If you also have experience with business funding, business credit structuring, or LLC formation, that is a major plus. Familiarity with GoHighLevel for client management and automation is also helpful.
