Job Description
We're looking for a Creative Strategist to help develop high-converting creative concepts for paid social advertising. If you understand what makes Meta ads perform and enjoy turning product insights into sharp ad angles, hooks, and briefs, this is for you. You won't be editing videos or designing graphics — your job is developing the ideas our creative team brings to life.
Day to day, you'll research products, competitors, and target audiences, then translate what you learn into creative angles and messaging for paid social campaigns. You'll write hooks, ad concepts, and creative briefs, and generate a steady stream of fresh ideas for both video and static ads. A big part of the role is studying winning ads, spotting the patterns behind why they work, and applying those insights to new campaigns. You'll work alongside media buyers and the creative team to test, iterate, and keep the concept pipeline full as we scale.
You'll be a strong fit if you have experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising and a real grasp of direct response marketing and consumer psychology. We want someone who can build concepts around genuine customer pain points and desires, stay organized across multiple projects, and communicate clearly in written English. Just as important: you take initiative, enjoy problem-solving, and are reliable and easy to work with.
Bonus points if you've worked with DTC or eCommerce brands, done creative strategy or ad copywriting for paid social, know your way around Meta Ads performance metrics, or have experience on TikTok and other platforms.
This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule (some overlap with the team may be requested) and room for long-term growth.
To apply, include a brief introduction about yourself, your experience with Meta ads or creative strategy, and examples of creative briefs, ad concepts, or campaigns you've worked on if available. Tell us your favorite DTC brand and why you think their advertising works well. Finally, put the word ANGLE at the very start of your application so we know you've read the whole post.
We're after someone who doesn't just generate ideas, but understands why certain creatives work — and can consistently produce concepts that drive performance.
