We need a Creative Manager to own everything visual for our DTC brand.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating all images, videos, and graphics for our website and social channels
- Producing creative for both organic content and paid ad campaigns
- Choosing the right tools for each project, from Adobe Suite to AI platforms
- Staying current on what creative converts, not just what looks pretty
- Experimenting with emerging AI tools to work faster and try new approaches
- Owning the full creative process from concept to final export
What you need:
- Deep experience with professional creative tools (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for image and video generation
- A portfolio showing real work for brands, not just personal projects
- Understanding of what makes creative work for direct response, not just brand awareness
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of creative output
- Curiosity about new tools and willingness to test and iterate
The role:
- Full time (contractor) and remote
- You own the visual identity and creative direction
- Your work directly impacts growth
