Job Description

We need a Creative Manager to own everything visual for our DTC brand.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating all images, videos, and graphics for our website and social channels
  • Producing creative for both organic content and paid ad campaigns
  • Choosing the right tools for each project, from Adobe Suite to AI platforms
  • Staying current on what creative converts, not just what looks pretty
  • Experimenting with emerging AI tools to work faster and try new approaches
  • Owning the full creative process from concept to final export

What you need:

  • Deep experience with professional creative tools (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for image and video generation
  • A portfolio showing real work for brands, not just personal projects
  • Understanding of what makes creative work for direct response, not just brand awareness
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of creative output
  • Curiosity about new tools and willingness to test and iterate

The role:

  • Full time (contractor) and remote
  • You own the visual identity and creative direction
  • Your work directly impacts growth
