Content Operations Editor

We're looking for a highly organized editor who can combine content production, asset management, and workflow coordination.

This is not a traditional video editing position.

You'll be responsible for helping manage content operations across multiple brands while producing high-performing short-form content for social media.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Editing

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Produce talking-head, authority-building, lifestyle, and property-focused content
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and visual enhancements
• Create multiple content variations for testing and distribution
• Prepare content for publishing across multiple platforms

Content Operations

• Organize content libraries and digital assets
• Maintain folder structures and project workflows
• Upload and prepare content for client review
• Manage content calendars and production schedules
• Coordinate deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
• Improve internal systems and workflow efficiency

AI & Creative Support

• Work with AI-generated content and creative assets
• Assist with AI-powered video production workflows
• Create simple supporting graphics when required
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality

Required Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• CapCut Pro
• Basic After Effects
• Social media video editing
• Strong English communication
• Excellent file organization
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
