Job Description

This position focuses on building and maintaining engagement with online communities across multiple social platforms. The goal is to actively participate in conversations, respond to users, and help grow a positive presence for the brand.

Community Interaction

Participate in discussions, reply to comments, and engage with users across Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The role involves maintaining a friendly, helpful tone while representing the brand.

Conversation Monitoring
Track comments, mentions, and community discussions related to the brand or relevant topics. Important feedback, issues, or trends should be flagged and reported to the team.

Audience Engagement
Encourage interaction with posts, respond to questions, and maintain active communication with followers to strengthen community relationships.

Insight Sharing
Identify common questions, user sentiment, or recurring feedback from the community and share these insights with the internal team.

Candidate Indicators
Strong communication skills, comfort interacting with online communities, and familiarity with social platforms and internet culture.
