Cold Caller – Roofing Company

We are a fast-growing roofing company serving homeowners across the United States. We specialize in roof replacements, storm damage restoration, and insurance claim assistance. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Cold Caller to help us connect with homeowners and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners in the U.S.
• Introduce our roofing services and generate interest
• Qualify leads and set appointments for roofing inspections
• Accurately update call notes and lead information in CRM
• Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow
• Meet daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling (preferably in roofing, construction, or home services)
• Neutral English accent with clear communication skills
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Ability to work in U.S. time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with roofing campaigns or storm damage outreach
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Understanding of U.S. homeowner market
