Job Description

We're a global logistics technology company that helps e-commerce brands streamline international fulfillment — giving DTC sellers a faster, more reliable way to move inventory across borders and into customers' hands. This role owns the client relationship from start to finish. Working embedded with the team, you'll walk new brands through onboarding, keep a close eye on account and inventory health, catch problems before clients ever feel them, and keep every account humming along inside Shopify and our internal tools. You won't be doing it alone — there's ongoing coaching, clear standards, and a dedicated Success Manager backing you up.

It's a full-time, dedicated role built for real impact, stability, and long-term growth in client success and account management.

What You'll Do

You'll take new brands from signup to fully operational — handling account setup, Shopify integration, and their first fulfillment workflows — then stay on as their main point of contact through steady-state support. Across your portfolio, you'll keep watch on inventory levels and nudge clients ahead of stockouts rather than after them, troubleshoot Shopify storefronts and integrations on their behalf, and log open issues, statuses, and follow-ups in our internal tools so nothing slips.

When fulfillment issues come up, you'll coordinate directly with ops and warehouse teams to sort them out quickly and clearly. You'll advise clients fluently in their own language — SKUs, inventory turns, fulfillment SLAs, restock cadence — and pass any upsell or expansion signals to the sales team (they own the CRM, not you). You'll also document account processes and preferences to keep continuity over the long haul, report on account-health metrics, and escalate at-risk accounts before churn becomes a real threat. Throughout, you'll communicate cleanly and professionally across email, chat, and calls, staying responsive as priorities shift week to week.

What You Bring

The must-haves are 3+ years in account management, customer success, or CX (ideally in e-commerce or logistics); hands-on Shopify proficiency with storefronts and integrations; genuine familiarity with DTC workflows and terminology; and a track record of proactively owning client relationships end-to-end rather than just reacting to tickets. You'll need exceptional written and spoken English and real comfort living inside internal dashboards and account-tracking tools. Experience in logistics, freight, or fulfillment — or with account-health and CX platforms — is a strong plus.

Tools

Day to day you'll live in Shopify and our internal account-health tools, and communicate over Zoom, Google Workspace, email, and chat. There's a sales-owned CRM you'll reference for handoffs, but it won't be part of your daily work.

What We Offer

Competitive salary, paid US holidays, paid wellness days, a health and wellness allowance, monthly profit sharing, long-term placement with real room to grow, continuous upskilling in AI and account management, and dedicated success coaching every step of the way.
