Job Description

 We are looking for a high-energy, sophisticated Client Relations Manager to serve as the dedicated point of contact for our premier, high-ticket SaaS clients. This isn’t just a support role; you are the face of the company for our most valuable partners. Your goal is to ensure they don’t just use our platform, but thrive because of it. 

As our Client Relations Manager, you will manage the end-to-end relationship for a curated portfolio of elite accounts. You are their advocate, strategist, and primary "go-to" person. Whether it’s a strategic check-in, a custom feature request, or navigating a technical hurdle, you are the bridge between their business goals and our software.

Key Responsibilities

  • White-Glove Onboarding: Lead the implementation process for new high-ticket clients, ensuring a seamless transition and immediate time-to-value.
  • Strategic Partnership: Conduct regular success reviews to align our platform’s capabilities with the client's evolving KPIs.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate needs before the client voices them. You are the "fixer" who coordinates with product and engineering teams to resolve issues fast.
  • Retention & Expansion: Monitor account health and usage patterns to ensure high retention rates and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, translating client needs into actionable insights for our Product Roadmap.

Who You Are

  • The Communicator: You possess "executive presence." You can hold your own in a boardroom and translate complex technical jargon into clear, value-driven language.
  • The Problem Solver: You don’t panic under pressure. You enjoy the challenge of finding creative solutions for demanding clients.
  • The SaaS Veteran: You have 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, specifically within the B2B SaaS space.
  • The Self-Starter: You thrive in a remote environment and are disciplined enough to manage a high-stakes portfolio without constant oversight.
